NewsocHub is an ad network to support a safe, trustworthy and transparent digital advertising ecosystem. We support advertisers and publishers by using combination of automated and human evaluation to ensure a brand safe, high-quality traffic and performance ad network for advertisers to promote your business/brand across our premium websites, mobile apps in different models and ad formats.

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to access this Site or opening an advertiser and/or publisher account so that you are aware of your legal rights and obligations with respect to NewsocHub and its advertisers, affiliates and partners. If you do not agree to these terms of use, please refrain from using our site.

Your Agreement

By using this system, you agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments will become effective immediately. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions and the reasonableness of these standards for notice of changes. Access to the Services

By enrolling in NewsocHub, you permit NewsocHub to serve, as applicable, advertisements, and your websites, mobile applications and/or other properties approved by NewsocHub. In addition, you grant NewsocHub the right to access, index and cache the Properties, or any portion thereof, including by automated means. We have the right to refuse or limit your access to the Services. By submitting an application to use the Services, if you are an individual, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age with full capacity for civil conduct.

This site contains links to other sites which consist of certain risk we can’t control. NewsocHub is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites once you have released on our site. We only link to general audience sites but cannot be responsible for any redirection or content changes over which we have no control.

This site is provided 'as is' and without any warranties, claims or representations made by Newsoc of any kind, either express, implied or statutory with respect to this site, including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, nor are there any warranties created by course of dealing, course of performance or trade usage. Without limiting the foregoing, and are not liable for the advertising result and performance. Each party on behalf of itself and its affiliate excludes all implied warranties. NewsocHub does not warrant that this site or the functions contained therein will be available, accessible, uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, complete or error-free, that defects, if any, will be corrected, or that this site and/or the server that makes same available are free of viruses, clocks, timers, counters, worms, software locks, drop dead devices, Trojan-Horses, routings, trap doors, time bombs or any other harmful codes, instructions, programs or components.

Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Newsoc be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any NewsocHub system, materials or functions on any such site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations shall apply notwithstanding any failure of essential purpose of any limited remedy.

Copyright

NewsocHub holds the copyright for all copyrighted and copyrightable materials on the Site, as well as the collective work. This including, without limitation, the Company trademark, logo, design, text, graphics and forms, including the selection and arrangement of such elements. In addition, the entire Site is copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws. The collective work may also include works that are the property of Company's licensors, which are also protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Changes to our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may amend, add or remove functionalities or features of the Services at any time, and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

Confidentiality

You agree not to disclose NewsocHub Confidential Information without our prior written consent. Which including, but not limited to: (i) all software, technology and documentation relating to the Services; (ii) rate , commission, money received, any performance result, statistics relating to Property performance as pertaining to the Services; (iii) the existence of, information and any non-public beta or experimental features in a Service; and (d) any other information made available by NewsocHub that is marked confidential or not written confidential under the circumstances in which it is presented.

Privacy Policy

NewsocHub will protect your private privacy and retain the right to receive and own any data collected, including, but not limited to IP address, advertiser bidding behaviour, and non-personally identifiable behavioural information, subject to the applicable privacy laws. Different technologies may be used to collect data. NewsocHub will only permit their employees who are directly involved in using the Service to access such information and will treat such information as Confidential Information. NewsocHub may use such data for any business purpose such as campaign optimization, provided that it complies with its privacy policy and applicable law.

Representations; Warranties

You represent and warrant that (i) you have full power and authority to enter into the NewsocHub Terms; (ii) you are the owner of, or are legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of, each Property; (iii) you are the technical and editorial decision maker in relation to each Property on which the Services are implemented and you have control over the way in which the Services are implemented on each Property; (iv) NewsocHub has never previously terminated or otherwise disabled an Account created by you due to your breach of the NewsocHub Terms, including due to invalid activity; (v) entering into or performing under the NewsocHub Terms will not violate any agreement you have with a third party or any third-party rights; and (vi) all of the information provided by you to NewsocHub is correct and current. Governing Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR and the parties shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong in the event of dispute.
